Policies

Weekend Rates:

Equipment rented after 8:00am Saturday and returned by 8:00am Monday charged the one day rate. Hour meter charges apply on heavy equipment.

Daily Rate:

Based on a 24-hour period. Additional charges may be accrued for equipment with metered rates.

Delivery Service:

Local delivery and pickup charge is $90 minimum. Deliveries outside the local area will be quoted on case by case basis, depending on the size of delivery and distance traveled. All scaffolding and party equipment deliveries subject to $50.00 surcharge. All prices are subject to change.

Damage Waiver:

A 10% damage waiver is charged on all contracts unless declined by the customer. Damage waiver protects the customer against accidental damage only. It is not insurance and does not cover tires/tracks, negligence, misuse, abuse, or theft.

Fuel

Equipment is rented with a full tank of fuel. Customer is responsible for fuel on all equipment.

Customer Responsibilities:

All equipment is rented in clean and running condition. Equipment should be returned clean to avoid additional charges. The customer is responsible for damage to tires, motors, power cords, etc.
